Jog in place for 10 mins or jog in your yard/driveway(Try not to stop)
Wednesday: Just Dance-20 mins

Thursday: Wildcat Endurance
Count how many jumping jacks you can do in 12 mins. Write it down in agenda book

Friday: Perfect 10(Complete 2 rounds)

10 Backside Kicks
10 A skips
10 B Skips
10 C Skips
10 Skips 4 Height
